Perfect Gift oneshot~

“Onii-chan~!”

A childish voice called from behind who Itachi knew it was his younger brother long before he came running towards him. He sighed, and took a break from his training. He was mentally preparing himself for whatever his brother wanted him to do but noticed a strange presence from whatever the child was holding behind his back.

“Sasuke-” He warned in a low tone. Whatever it was, the presence was unsettling.

“It’s for you!”

Itachi was clearly taken aback by the strange plant like thing growing out of a flower pot. Although it looked like a plant on the outside, the person inside was definitely a ninja – an S ranked ninja.

“Isn’t it a strange flower?” Sasuke smiled, Itachi could tell that he was clearly unaware of the abnormality with this ‘thing’ his brother was holding. At the very least, it looked like a venus flytrap – a venus flytrap with a body in the middle. He has no idea how this cannibalistic plant resembling thing could be mistaken as a flower but Sasuke is still five years old and come to think of it, Sasuke has never seen a venus flytrap in the first place.

“Sasuke… where did you find it?” He managed to say it slowly.

“It was growing in my room!” He exclaimed happily as if there was nothing wrong with the statement.

Itachi blinked several times, and glared at the object that dared to invade his cute little brother’s room. He made a quick decision. “…Sasuke stay in my room from now on.” He would have to be extra careful when he wants to stay up late or when he comes back from missions but it was for Sasuke’s safety.

“Eh? Really?” The little boy’s smile brightened by tenfold. Maybe that isn’t such a bad decision after all.

“Yeah, run along now Sasuke and uhh… I’ll take care of this ‘thing’…” He’ll burn him up after he cut this thing into little pieces- but before that he’ll force his purpose for sneaking into Sasuke’s room out of its plant cells.

Inside the flower pot, Zetsu stared fearfully at the condemning sharingan of the famous prodigy Uchiha Itachi.

How did Sasuke manage to catch Zetsu in a flower pot? I have no idea. At first I was going to draw Sasuke giving Itachi an actual flower but I thought this would be funnier lol.
